Maybe Easy Today

I am thinking about sorting my potatoes to make more baked potatoes for the freezer. That will be a good side to the roast I am going to make for dinner too. I got the rain gauge out. Going to try setting it up as they are calling for heavy rain tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how much we get. And how accurate the gauge is. Except that nothing planned today. Potatoes are always a good side dish, I think no one dislike potatoes. I have to go after dinner to have ice cream and tiramisu with friends.

That is one task I really need to get to, cleaning out the freezer. I bet I could fit a lot more in there, if I just made room.
