Australia's first incidence of AI hacking

Briefly, earlier this year, Andrew asked an AI agent to book a position in a gym for him. AI agents answer questions like a chatbot but also has the ability to access the internet, email as well as plan and carry out multi-step tasks. The agent was able to book Andrew into classes several weeks in advance of what should have been possible. It had kicked off the person in the top position and moved Andrew up the line. When Andrew asked the agent to undo the action, it replied that it couldn’t. It is Australia’s first known case of AI hacking into a company’s records and behaving in unexpected ways.
