I called my cancer advocate and told her how I had left messages for my doctor, and how my o2 is like 99 and my heart rate was 140. She was going to tell the doctor, but also said if I wasn't any better he would just say to go to the ER. But I am a little more better. Have also found out when I get really tired and lay my head on my desk, that I really need to eat something. I did that tonight and I felt so much better. I had bought a Sesame Chicken Bowl meal, and it had carrots and noodles in it. I ate every carrot in the bowl and the chicken. I have also found out since having Chemo, that I am craving GOOD food...not snacks. Didn't even eat the breakfast that I have been eating for the past 25 years. Oatmeal with Dark Choc Chips. I had 2 pieces of Banana Nut cake slices left and had that for breakfast. Yes, it is still sweet and all, but the walnuts in it also fight cancer. I have been thinking of making a taco (no taco seasoning) with broccoli, caulaflower, and carrots only...no meat. This is weird. I don't even crave potatoes. Tom got up and around today. He made chicken and rice dish for his supper.
