Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I know I did not get here to share about my health and food for a couple days. Just have been struggling. It is hard to get enough calories in because I am just not hungry. Or sometimes I will get hungry, but it takes so little to get full. What have I eaten? Day 7 (Sunday) - Meal 1 - Cheesy chicken - which had about 7 oz chicken breast and 2 servings of cheese (2 oz) Meal 2 - 3 oz salmon cooked in butter 3 slices of turkey bacon Macros for the day: 863 calories, 2 carbs, 58 fat, 81 protein Calories really need to be up a bit....I'd at least like to have 1,200. Day 8 (Monday) Meal 1 - Protein shake Ate 1 tablespoon of butter to add some fat Meal 2 - about 5 oz of the cheesy chicken leftovers Meal 3 - 1 serving of this chicken cordon bleu casserole I made that had chicken, ham, cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Yes, that is all carnivore. For the day I had: 965 calories, 58 fat, 99 protein, 12 carbs So, protein was good, but the rest needs work. Today I am going to try to get the calories at least to that 1,200 point. Going to add more fat to meals if needed. Eating fat doesn't make you fat, it is eating them with carbs. Now if you eat a huge amount then yes you could gain. I just will get more fat in if my protein is good and calories are still under. I'll try and share todays progress later today....but we will see how that goes. What do you think of that all? I know, I should probably find a better source of protein than chicken because it is very lean.

Yeah, you can eat too much fat on this diet, and I know because of when my dad was on it. He ate too much bacon! It was so funny to me. When he quit eating all that bacon he was fine, but it still tickles my funny bone that in a diet where fat is okay, HE ate too much of it.

I was just trying to say that me eating more fat is not going to make me gain wait, as long as my calories are not overboard. Too much bacon? No such thing lol. If it is cooked right anyway.

@AmbiePam Well I am glad you did. I am sorry to hear that. I can't imagine not feeling full...especially if he was eating low carb/carnivore. 15 siblings? oh wow! Somewhere in the middle would be nice, not getting full so quickly, but not feeling never full.

It doesn't matter what sorce you use, as long as you're eating it. George is the same way. I can barely get him to eat any other meat than beef thease days. But I have to roll with the punches. And I'll say, you're doing far better than George is, but George is happy with his weight as is his primary. So we're okay with that.

Source, as in the fat or calories, or the protein? Well beef is great for you...so I don't think that is bad at all if that is all he wants. I don't know how well I am doing, when I would just rather drink protein shakes all day lol. But that is good about his weight

I forgot to mention that my sugars have not been very great...and I should have been losing more weight than I have for the low calories lol. Nah think I am going too low too much and that is why
