Breathwork was not so good today

The usual instructor was not there today. We had a sub and, well, it was different. The woman who usually does it plays music, does a guided meditation, and finishes with singing bowls. The guy today gave us like a 20 minute lecture about meditation and breathing. Then he basically just left us to lay on the mats in silence. I mean I don't need someone guiding me but relaxing music is nice. It was pretty strange just laying there in silence. The other option was poetry so I stayed with Mr. Silence for the 2nd hour. I knew what to expect but it was still kind of odd. I could have gone to the hammocks but there were a bunch of other people in them and I didn't want to have to deal with anyone. This guy will be here on Friday afternoon too. That is supposed to be sound healing so hopefully we will get music at least if not singing bowls too. We shall see.
