Toddle login issues

I was supposed to make an excusal request via this learning app/site called Toddle, but apparently my registered email no longer works. It seems my browser has logged out my accounts in some sites that I don't regularly visit. (I had to log in to my Goodreads account again; no issues whatsoever.) Anyway, I decided to just email the homeroom class adviser and tell her that my daughter won't be able to go to school today because she's sick. I'll see if I could resolve the Toddle issue this week. Otherwise, I'll be sending a trouble ticket to the school's IT staff. Have you had login issues with an app or a website lately?

I hope your daughter feels better quickly. No, but I am worried about logging into sites when I switch to my new laptop. I am having trouble remembering how to set up a new laptop, so I'm still using my old one. Hopefully, after the doctors finish removing some of my spinal fluid on the 24th, that will let me remember things easier. Before Pretty took over my bank accounts, I tried to set my account up on my laptop but the site kept telling me my password was wrong. (I saved the password to my laptop, so it couldn't be me making mistakes. ) I'd call the bank, ask for IT and tell them their site wouldn't let me log in... A few minutes later, the site accepted my login again. I think they were switching the login on me. Now, I don't even try to log into my own bank account. I just tell Pretty what I need and she does it for me.

@almostoveryou My laptop was supposed to be the only device logging into that account. Pretty took over my account after that.

Yes, most systems now limit the number of devices that can access a particular account. It's the same with my daughter's student account at university. I once tried logging in using my laptop to check on her submissions, then I got an email from my daughter asking if I could stop logging in to her student account. because IT kept disabling the access from her device. It's good that Pretty is willing to manage your bank accounts. I'm often too lazy to access my accounts online.

Phone calls are highly discouraged during school hours unless it's an emergency.

@Ineeddentures I would've done so if there wasn't a Safe Spaces Act in my daughter's school. Teachers tend to get nervous when they get a deluge of calls and instant messages from parents. It's a private international school and parents tend to act like entitled rich clients when their personal expectations aren't met. This is why the school management decided to limit direct contact with teachers, unless absolutely necessary. We have parent representatives, group chats, and desk personnel that address most issues involving students. I'm so okay with that.

I wonder if anyone else had a problem with them. I’m sorry to hear your daughter isn’t feeling well.

Her teacher said that their Toddle account isn't activated for the school year yet. Daughter is getting better now with just the occasional sniffs and sneezing, thanks.

I'm glad that the issue wasn't from my end. Apparently, the Toddle server for our school isn't working yet.
