Have you ever had a jet lag?

Wednesday early morning when my friend finally arrived from France. I told him to take a nap and just relax because he would be going back to work right away the following day. He told me everything was good and he was feeling ok. No jet lag so far. Thursday morning he went to work but dropped by Starbucks to buy me a Molly X Starbucks merchandise. He knew I am a fan of Popmart's Molly. Work went well but evening came and he was beat and having a headache. He didn't even get enough sleep. So today is going to be a bad day at work.

He experienced it every time he travels to France. And he always like to go back to work right away. He's 63.

Jet lag happened to me once when my relatives and I were visiting Hawaii on vacation and I got sick when the airplane landed in San Francisco from Honolulu in 1973.
