I'm Still Alive!

Hey there, everyone. I know I haven't been around. My focus has been off since switching to non-stimulant ADHD meds. So by the time I'm finished with my work, I don't feel like posting. I'll start my increased dosage tomorrow, so hopefully I'll get back into my groove within a few weeks. It has to continue getting into my system.
But, posting right now via phone is a start.
Anyway, I just wanted to check in and let you guys know I'm still alive. My not being around hasn't been intentional, but I hope that'll change soon.
Alrighty, I'm going to get back to Big Brother 28. I hope you're all doing well. Stay safe and take care. :)

Hiiii! And thank you! My anxiety had been okay, nothing out of the ordinary with me. It's mostly been my focus and just feeling tired that's been an issue. Increasing my ADHD meds was a start, but I also need to sleep better.

I'm glad you're doing well, Tammy. My eldest daughter was recently prescribed Concerta, but she hasn't taken any because it's out of stock in most pharmacies. Good to know that you've switched to a non-stimulant ADHD med. I hope it works well for you.
