We've gotten used to eating brunch lately. Yesterday, I prepared tocino fried rice (just leftover rice with bits of leftover pork tocino), reheated boiled eggs ('cause they're from the other day
), and spanish-style sardines in olive oil. We normally have brunch between 9 and 11 a.m.
Next big meal would be supper at around 7 or 8 p.m.
This morning's brunch menu is chicken longganisa (native sausages), scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions, and fried rice with chopped chives.
I find it easier to digest food when I limit myself to just two big meals a day. It's also nice that I don't always have to bother with lunch and I just take a nap or do other things.

Why do you re-heat boiled eggs? I like mine cold from the fridge. I won't eat the rice and I can't eat fish of any kind...
I have to eat something for breakfast right after I take my morning meds at 5 am and then take my morning nap until around noon. I eat a sandwich then and go back to sleep in the afternoon until Pretty wakes me up around 5 pm to make something for late lunch/supper.
Your sausage and scrambled eggs sound delicious! A lot of the time, I only eat twice a day, too. (I still have to make something for Pretty to eat, though, even if I'm not eating with her.)
