Okay, so I admit my mind does sometimes wander away from the rest of me …..
It’s done just that …..
I was sitting there , minding my own business when out of nowhere I started thinking of The Moon…..and how many times it’s used to describe something or in a phrase ….
I’ve posted a few below ….do you know any others …..if you do please add them …..
Love you to the moon and back …..saying to express how much you love someone
Blue moon ….song

Mooning over someone ….thinking of your loved one
Mooning ……showing your bottom out of a window
The man in the moon ….saying
The moon is made of cream cheese…..saying
Paper Moon …..film with Ryan and Tatum O’Neal
Once in a blue moon …..something that only happens occasionally
The cow jumped over the moon ……Hey Diddle Diddle nursery rhyme

@traceyjayne Blue moon of Kentucky keep on shining - another song. The moon’s a balloon - David Niven’s autobiography. I and my fellow passengers on the train the other day were mooned by 3 young men as we travelled towards Belfast. I’ve never really understood why people do this.

I should have got Moon River and the Pink Floyd one ....we have seen so many tribute acts .....
I'm just about old enough to know Frank Zappa....I think his other child had an unusual name too ...
