Roast Beef and yorkies today….

I had the same thought that when hear Yorkie I think dogs.

@AmbiePam and @Marilynda. Yorkies are Yorkshire puddings. Made by making a batter of egg, flour and milk, with a pinch of salt. Heat oil in a pan / tin that goes in the oven ( size is up to you, from muffin size to traybake size, depending on how many you are feeding ), when the oil is hot , pour the batter mix into the tin, about half full, cook in a hot oven …..without opening the door as this will allow them to sink. They should rise and expand and be golden brown.

My Mom very occasionally has Morrisons coleslaw but says it has changed now and isn’t as nice. We both usually make our own. Hope you made the cottage pie from scratch ….is your wife home now ?

@Traceyjayne Wife safely home thanks, and arrived to a cottage pie cooked from scratch. Ready made meals all repeat on me and Rennes don’t help in the slightest.

@Traceyjayne I had mustard, mayo, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese on it. Very yummy.
