The Bramble Jelly Taste Test
The big Bramble Jelly taste test went really well
Better than I had thought it would be as ai wasn't sure we could really make bramble jelly.
It tastes wonderful
Bread roll, butter, home made bramble jelly.
Yum
Do you like homemade jams and jellies?
Any suggestions of other types we could make?

Unfortunately I don't like jams and jellies. I find them too sweet especially in my bread.

Now we do have Blueberry here in Scotland and they do rather well
We have seen them in the wild and picked them
We never got the chance to make jelly

So am I Eva because a lot of work went into picking the berries and actually making the jelly and the sugar wasn't cheap either

I remember how good butter & jelly use to taste
but now it's a no-no for me with diabetes.
