Busy Day

Cleaned the kitchen up (light duty). Did Laundry. Baked Baby Back Ribs in the oven with Veggies (broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots) and Mashed Taters (instant). Took me all day with having to sit and rest in between, but get 'er Done. Going tomorrow for Blood Work at my Cancer Doctor, then to stock up on Ice. I am full as a tick on a dog. No room for cake tonight.

That sounds like a very productive day, even with the breaks in between. The ribs with all those veggies and mashed potatoes sound like a proper meal too

You need to take it easy!!! Don't worry about the kitchen and just do it when you can. Do ten minute increments or something like that. Do you have a crock pot that you could throw together a meal in one pot with and make meals a bit easier?
