Salt can be addictive because consuming it activates the brain's reward system, much like addictive substances do. When we eat salty foods, the brain releases dopamine, creating a sense of pleasure and satisfaction that triggers a strong urge to repeat the habit.
Therefore, we must limit our salt intake for the sake of ourself.

@nawala123 I do have low blood pressure, but my most recent blood test showed I had low potassium. So she told me to put more salt in my diet.
