My breadfruit breakfast

It is my breadfruit breakfast. My wife steamed it. The taste is very good, little bit sweet and also chewy. I consider to less my rice intake for my diet and replace it with other food like cassava, breadfruit, corn etc.
I am chewing and i really like it.

I have never eaten breadfruit. I would like to try it hopefully one day.
