There's a lady in this library where I'm sitting who left a urine sample into the doctor's this morning, or so she has just bellowed to her friend. They're both sitting about 20 metres from me, but they obviously didn't want to make anyone feel left out so they have shared this with the group.
But talking of such things, I can report the puzzled look on my wife's face when rummaging through her handbag recently. She took something out, looked at it with her nose turned up then burst out laughing. It was a urine sample she was meant to have left in to the doctor's some weeks ago. She can't even remember why she needed to have this looked at but concluded she must be fine since nothing untoward seemed to be going on. At least it wasn't a pregnancy test.
She put it back in her bag then laughed again.

As someone who has a library science degree, I’d point to the sign that says “quiet, please.” (Maybe they need one for people who shout that says, “Shut your freaking mouth!”
)
Your wife’s starting her own urine sample collection?
