As some of you know I'm for Italy next week (8 more sleeps I think). I just got billed for the apartment which hurt but Italy is an expensive place and I like my comforts. I also got a list of private chefs whose of whose services I might like to avail! At a minimum of £65 per person I don't think I'll bother, but wouldn't that be so cool, to have a professional chef come to the house to cook dinner? The chefs all offer a variety of menus and can tailor everything for the client. Would you ever consider doing this as a holiday treat? I'm quite sure that if I did this as a one off it could quickly become a habit and I'd be bankrupt in no time.

This would really appeal to us except that Vince would want to be peering over his shoulder watching what he did. I say go for it. You only live once.
