What Is Your Favorite Kind of Steak?

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I am sure most of us like steak, no matter what way we eat (except vegan/vegetarian).
My question is, what is your favorite kind/cut of steak?
Also, how do you prepare it?
Currently my favorite is London Broil. Now, that is not really a cut of steak but the way it is cooked. It usually is a bigger piece of a top sirloin.
I cooked one today, the first time ever, and it was delicious.
I marinated it over night because generally they are a tougher steak. The marinade was apple cider vinegar and some Worcestershire sauce. No, not carnivore technically, but I am not doing a strict carnivore where nothing is allowed.
After it marinated all night, I dried it off as best I could. Got a cast iron pan really hot and then put in some butter. I would have used olive oil but didn't have any right now.
Cooked 3 minutes per side, then put in the oven on broil for about 6 minutes.
After that, I let it rest for 10. Then, cut against the grain in thin strips. It was very tender and juice.
I wish I had gotten a photo, but thought about that too late lol.
Photo is from vecteezy of a London Broil steak, an idea of what it should look like.

@Ineeddentures I agree, if it is beyond pink it is not as good. If it is grey then blehhhhh
But I don't want it bleeding or mooing lol.

They are pricey, so can be hard to put into the budget. I don't know that I have ever had that kind of steak. Or lobster...but sounds very interesting
