In areas of frequent power cuts lifts hardly operate

August 20, 2026 6:44am CST
In my academic institution in Guwahati there is serious power cuts. They happen at regular intervals. The classes are scattered across 5 buildings. No lifts are used regularly. During power cuts lifts are closed for safety purposes. That adds to hurdles of people as climbing stairs is a burden.

You could saddle up Sathvik and rent him to people so they can ride him up and down the stairs. He'd probably enjoy the exercise.
