As little as possible honestly.
I think Chris and I both overdid it both today and yesterday and spent too much time in the heat. We’ve both been feeling the effects for a few hours.
We actually left the races early because we both just were miserable.
So tomorrow’s (well I guess it’s today now since it’s one am) plan is to hang around the house and hydrate and recover.
I do need to do a load of dishes and a few loads of laundry. But other than that, there will be nothing.
What are your plans for today?

I’m planning on church this morning, and then I hope to catch my friend who was helping me set up my doorbell camera last week before he leaves church. He said he was going to order me the right remote for my TV, and I wanted to see if he got it yet.
After that, I hope to spent some time with my dad and Diana. I haven’t seen them in awhile. People think we spend a lot of time together since we live fairly close, but we don’t.

@thislittlepennyearns I know. If I’m not sleepy by 2am, I’m shutting down my phone anyway. It doesn’t take me long to get ready, so I don’t have to get up until 9am. I can still get good sleep.

I have laundry on the go then I'm going to catch the bus to the big shopping centre. It's a nice day to be driven somewhere.

@thislittlepennyearns I need a plain white T-shirt which someone is going to print something on for our line-dancing group. I've only just started going but they've decided to get printed T-shirts.
