I had a one page form that I had to mail today and I rarely buy stamps because I don't usually send things via snail mail unless it's a Diamond Art picture that I made for someone. So it has been years since I have bought a book of stamps. I took the letter in and handed it to the postal clerk and told him I needed to mail that and he replied asking me, "So you need 1 stand and I said, "Yes" and he replied," that will be 82 cents!!!!!! " I must had turned white as a ghost and I asked if i had heard him right 82 cents and he said, "Yes mam" I had him the money. Really?
