This is one dessert that almost always makes an appearance whenever there’s a celebration most Filipino household. It’s creamy, sweet, refreshing, and has that delicious pandan flavor that makes you want to go back for another serving.
What I love most is that it’s so easy to prepare, yet it always feels special. With young coconut, pandan-flavored gelatin, and creamy milk, it’s the perfect dessert for birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings.
But if on does not have time to prepare, then they could simply buy this. It is so good.

It sounds good. I found out there is a Filipino restaurant not too far from me. I plan to check it out because it has good reviews and I have never had Filipino food.

@rakski yeah, the good thing of today, you can easily buy eaverything, but homemade are better to avoid preservatives.
