Baked avocado for lunch ….

So, last week on my shopping app I had an offer for money off a sour dough loaf , plus the loaf was on offer in the supermarket …win win I thought I bought an avocado that was also on offer….i was going to try this smashed avocado on sour dough toast that people are constantly yapping on about. …..except a change of plan meant I didn’t go to the supermarket. The offer in store ending and the fact that I don’t do bread at the weekend ….just due to our lifestyle and eating habits, nothing to do with being a picky eater etc … meant I didn’t have sour dough bread. Then I remembered @Fleura saying you could cook with them …..a fact I never knew ! So, today …..I did just that …. I filled the avocado halves with cheese, onion and sliced home grown tomatoes and baked it in the Ninja …..i served it with wafer thin ham…. Only blooming delicious !
