Sand Storm or Dust Storm.

It has been reported that yesterday afternoon, a city nearby experienced a sandstorm. I think this was when I noticed very strong winds here at home as well. Since the city is located within the reclamation area and they are building new roads and buildings there, the strong winds blew the dust/sand, making the area hazy. According to reports, the visibility restored once the winds subsided.

Just now
IT must have been wild. I was never in one of those but one time out in New Mexico the wind was whipping sand and rocks around like crazy. It was something else. However, for them, it was the way things are nothing unusual.
