Nope, this isn’t a typo. I never posted last night’s dinner, so I figured I’d go ahead and post it now!
I made shepherd’s pie.
Super easy, super comforting, and definitely one of those meals that doesn’t have to be fancy to be good.
I’ve actually been told that mine is technically more like a traditional cottage pie because shepherd’s pie is usually made with lamb mince or something like that. But around here, this is shepherd’s pie, so that’s what we’re calling it.
Mine is made with ground beef, corn in half, corn and green beans in the other half, topped with mashed potatoes and a nice layer of cheese.
Easy peasy!
So, that’s what was for dinner last night. What did you have?

That was last night. I have no idea what I'll eat tonight. We brought a pizza home for the thirteen year old. Her brother is gone at a friends house.
But we ate lunch really late, so I haven't really been hungry

@teamfreak16 Do they deliver where you are?
Aldi should partner with someone for deliveries, even if they dont themselves deliver.
