I've been spending more time on MyLot recently, and it's made me curious about other members' experiences.
When you first joined, what were your expectations? Were you mainly looking to earn a little extra money, connect with people from around the world, or simply have interesting discussions?
For me, the interaction is what makes the site enjoyable. It's always interesting to see different opinions, life experiences, and perspectives from people living in different countries and cultures. The earnings may not be huge, but they feel like a nice bonus for participating in conversations.
I'm also wondering how useful MyLot has been for long-time members. Have you learned new things, made online friends, improved your writing skills, or found the site helpful in any other way?
And when it comes to earnings, are you satisfied with what you make from your activity here? Do you have any tips for newer members who want to increase both their engagement and earnings?
I'd love to hear about your MyLot journey—both the positives and the challenges. Has the site met your expectations?
This type of open-ended discussion tends to attract responses because people enjoy sharing their own experiences and opinions.

I’ve been here twenty years, which seems unbelievable to me. I have made absolutely fantastic friends, and have even met two Mylotters in person. I’ve gotten to be great friends with so many, and have so enjoyed getting to know them. I joined for money mainly, but this place has definitely become a place for free talk therapy. I am so glad I joined so very long ago.

I did not join because of money, but to stay in touch with users I have known on other sites that disappeared. I made new friends and learned a few things since I joined more than 10 years ago.
I expected nothing, but interaction and this site is perfect for intraction.
