My Plants Are Drowning

True!
This is because of the non-stop rain since last night. It is not as heavy rain as that of two weeks ago but enough to make some streets flood gutter deep.
I checked on my plants when I get the chance, meaning the time the rain became light. And there is too much water in the pots. So I drained them all. I only a few plants but I have 2 pots of small chili peppers, 1 onion, 1 calamansi and 1 moringga.

You can out them in higher place and put more gravel on the pots.
Charcoal is good for the bottom of the pot

Poor plants. I love it when it rains so my plants could be well watered and rain water has high in nitrogen and oxygen which is great for the plants. But if there's just too much water, it's not good for them too.
