I often find that the way detectives go about working a homicide is not always productive. They automatically go to the closest person to the victim and work their way outward. That's procedure. I watch a lot of crime dramas both fictional and those really happening in the world. I find that so many times, without evidence to substantiate their claims, they will go right for the husband or boyfriend. Sure this is normal procedure but many times they go about it with such intensity that the actual perpetrator slides away and is never, in many cases, caught. Do you also see this and find this to be the case in too many cases?
