How Is The Average Person Supposed to Read a 290 Page Document?

I've got a lot of health insurance things going on and research to do so see how much of my deductible is left, what prescriptions are covered, etc. So I decided to look at the Prescription Drug Guide for a list of covered drugs under my health insurance plan. It's a 290 page document. It's in order by condition rather than by drug name. There's no way to search for a particular drug name. There's no way to jump to a specific page. Nope, you have to scroll through 290 pages to find what you want. Ridiculous!
