Firefighters rescue a crane operator who was inside of a cab 220 feet off of the ground

Firefighters with the Fort Worth Fire Department answered an emergency call on Saturday near lunchtime when a crane operator who was inside his cab which was around 220 feet off of the ground while working at a JPS Health Hospital construction assignment when he was in need of assistance since he was trapped inside of his cab. A special rescue team used special equipment to rescue the crane operator by using ropes and rigging system to get hooked up and carefully to lower the crane operator down to the ground safely in about one hour. The crane operator was then taken by an ambulance to a local hospital where he is in stable condition. The firefighters are heroes for doing their job to save a life of a crane operator.
