Is there a dish you would like to see on a restaurant menu ?

I mentioned in a recent post that most of the pubs/ restaurants have the same things on the menu
Yes, they are obviously good sellers ...
However ..
It would be nice to have the choice of something different sometimes.
When we went to a local restaurant , for the first time recently, we both chose the same main course.
Chicken a la creme
Chicken in a cream sauce ... It was delicious....sometimes it's a cream and white wine sauce, which is also delicious.
The Mister commented that more places should add it to their menu.
If there was one meal you would like to see on a pub menu , what would it be ?

I'd be happy just going out to eat once in a while. I don't even know what's on the menus here anymore.

@Traceyjayne I would LOVE to eat some Springfield-style Cashew Chicken! Most places here serve it or did before the pandemic.

I usually go to ethnic restaurants ( not pubs) when I go out. At my favorite Peruvian restaurant I always ask for "octopus with olive sauce". I can cook most of the normal Peruvian dishes as one of my grannies was hlf Peruvian. And she cooked like a chef. The other ddishes I favour are some of the Chinese ones, but they too, have to be made at a very good restaurant.

I don't have anything particular in mind but I like trying something new. And good thing about my city is that there are way too many restaurants. Being the city of gastronomy, there's always something new to try.
