Last Night's Inspiration by Dolly

Dolly and I must have exchanged some kind of other wordly colliding. I woke up to hear her song "I Will Always Love You" and it inspired this poem. Funny, together we were yesterday Today they tell me you went away. Angels with big wings, whisked you to the sky, But my love for you goes on and on hoping you save the first dance along the Milky Way for me. That is a collage I made after Martin died

@jstory07 it came right out of the blue. My father ws a popular Latvian poet who always told me leave a notepad and pencil by the bed if inspiration comes during the night but I remembered this anyway,
