He decided to unzip his pants and shake his penis at fellow shoppers. I guess that gave him a thrill? No, definitely not a safe grandfatherly type of guy. You can’t judge a book by its cover

It really is true that you cannot always tell what someone is like just by looking at them. You would never expect that kind of behaviour from someone who looks so ordinary. Definitely a case of “never judge a book by its cover”
