Getting here pretty late today. Almost didn't post. I've been playing a long waiting game, and the ac guy finally made it. He was here and did stuff to our box, he put some stuff in, things I have to explain to George. As a result laundry started late, which was its o own explnation to George's overloaded mind.
But here I am, here I post.

I did laundry today too. chris just went and got the laundry out of the dryer but didnt put the stuff from the washer to the dryer. and doesnt understand why i am aggravated about it.

Men were never made to understand how the house worked. That role was always our job. I'm just glad George wants to fold clothes...

@kaylachan That's not the right thinking though.
I am a firm believer if he wants it to remain clena, it shouldn't be all my job. And if I mention it he does help some times. But most of it I do

@thislittlepennyearns My husband had times where he lived alone, so he learned if he wanted a clean house, he had to do it, himself. Then he met me, and I started to take over most of the household chores, and some of the old-fashioned teachings seeped in. Even though he still helps me adult, even after his stroke.

Well, it wasn't exactly broken, but the things we've added to it help us out a lot. With George and I being inside a lot more than we used to be, having clean air is good.

At least you made it here in the end! It sounds like you have had one of those days where everything seems to get delayed and then creates another little problem. Hopefully the AC work gets everything sorted and George’s overloaded mind gets a chance to relax a bit. Sometimes just managing to get the post written feels like an achievement!

It really does, especially on days like today and yesterday where the post itself takes more focus then I feel I have.
