Yes, that pertains to the school shoes of my daughter. They have uniform at the university and wear black shoes. We always bought her two shoes for school plus another rain shoes (black rubber school shoes). Last year, she asked us not to buy since she still have those three. This school year during the first day of school, it rained so hard that she had no choice but to submerged it in water. She was able to use days after. One time, she felt it. The way it started getting loose. Good thing she was on her way back to the dorm. It was total wreck. We bought another two shoes plus rain boots now. Sorry for the photo but it is what it is.
