A Month Without Rain

We haven't had any rain for almost a month, and it's starting to become a real problem. Our well has dried up, so now there is no water for our daily needs.
It's amazing how we usually take water for granted until we don't have enough of it. Things like bathing, washing clothes, cleaning the house, and even cooking suddenly become difficult.
I really hope the rain comes soon. We don't need heavy rain or anything, just enough to fill the wells and give us some relief.
Has anyone here experienced a long dry spell like this? How do you manage when there is no water?

I think the rain hasn't come for 3 months. But dry season is 6 month long in Indonesia. We had long rain season last year

When I was a kid, we had one summer without rain (three or four months). We lived out in the country and had our own well. Neighbors came to our house with large cans and buckets to get water from our well. When it started raining finally, everybody started dancing around in our yard.
