I have not decided what shoes to bring on the trip

I think I will wear one and bring another pair for the wedding events..and maybe will wear to welcome party. Ideally I would like to wear my fancy sandals that really pretty..but they might clash with my dress..and other fancy kind of Capri pants I am wearing. They also have a lot of color in them. They might be too much for a church. I could wear plain brown sandals, which would match and blend in..but not very fancy. I have white sandals with heels, but not sure if they would be comfortable all day long. I guess I could wear the brown sandals to the wedding..and reception and wear the blingy sandals to the party..I think other appropriate shoes I have might be too tight, and I don't want to be uncomfortable. What would you wear, of those selections?

NO, do not wear high heels, particularly if you have not the habit. Wear comfortable shoes. I would wear closed shoes, neutral color and comfortable. It happened once that I wore sandals and we had to walk on pebbles, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

I don't have closed neutral shoes that fit me properly. They would be a bad choice for all day wear. The sandals I was thinking of the white ones only have about a 2 inch heel, but I want to wear something that I know will be comfortable.

@snowy22315 2 inch heel is not too high, but wearing the sandals all day long can be too much. Check something very comfortable.

speaking as a fashionista that I am, I'd go brown sandals for the wedding and reception, safer bet and you don't want blingy fighting with all that color already. Save the fancy ones for the party like you said, that's their moment to shine anyway. Comfort wins when you're on your feet all day so trust that over the cute factor.
