Jackfruit seedling

It si jackfruit seedling. It costed me 20k rupiah , about 1,2 dollar. I brought it for my friend in a traditional market. This is a kind of grafted seedling. The root and shoot upper part are from different variety of jackfruit. In not all condition it will bear fruit after 3 years. Is it cheap or expensive?

That sounds quite cheap for a grafted jackfruit seedling, especially if it has a good chance of bearing fruit in a few years.
