I'm not actually running but I'm going to walk.
I've been walking at least thirty minutes in a day in the treadmill for the past days. But recently I do 40 minutes.
Maybe later I can walk longer as I plan to watch a movie or a series.
It's morning here so this will be. A morning exercise.

Running is faster but so bad for the joints when you get older. I rather run still, but sometimes when I wake in the morning, I go are these damn ankles even trying to work?
I played basketball a lot back in my day and sprained them so many times they stopped getting twisted after a while.
I feel it now, though. They say walking is much better than running for older people because of joints and bones much weaker than when you were 23.

I don't run, but enjoy a five kms long walk every early morning. Five kms up and as many kms down. That means ten kms a day. Back home yoga and some other exercises. Is that not enough??
