Go for A Run.

I'm not actually running but I'm going to walk. I've been walking at least thirty minutes in a day in the treadmill for the past days. But recently I do 40 minutes. Maybe later I can walk longer as I plan to watch a movie or a series. It's morning here so this will be. A morning exercise.

That’s great. I’m also a treadmill walker, but I’ll miss it when I’m away for the next month and a half on vacation. I’m planning to do my daily walks at the place where I’ll be staying.

@rakski Oh yeah, the place is really nice and cool, so walking wouldn’t be a problem as long as it doesn’t rain. There’s a park nearby with a beautiful view of the river where I can spend some time alone.

Walking while watching a movie or series sounds like a good way to make the time pass; do you find it easier to walk longer when you have something to watch?

Running is faster but so bad for the joints when you get older. I rather run still, but sometimes when I wake in the morning, I go are these damn ankles even trying to work? I played basketball a lot back in my day and sprained them so many times they stopped getting twisted after a while. I feel it now, though. They say walking is much better than running for older people because of joints and bones much weaker than when you were 23.

Walking is healthier because blood circulation remains fluid and muscles feel less tense.

I haven’t gone on a brisk walk for a long time. Having a dog that likes to sniff makes my walk very slow. I sometimes get impatient.

I don't run, but enjoy a five kms long walk every early morning. Five kms up and as many kms down. That means ten kms a day. Back home yoga and some other exercises. Is that not enough??
