Upside Down Houses

There I was, innocently watching the highlights of Stage 3 of the Men’s Tour of Armenia, when the announcers just had to point out an upside down house on the side of the road. And it even has an upside down car and bicycle, they pointed out. Being the inquisitive chap that I am, I had to look it up.
It turns out, this upside down house is actually a cottage, part of Vak Resort in Dilijan. It can hold 10-15 people (comfortably, I presume,) and appears to have all of the amenities a traveler might expect to find during a stay in a nice place.
But what I found is that there are upside down houses all over the place. A website called MansionFreak.com lists 10 of them from around the world.
One of those, in Szymbark, Poland, was built in 2007 by a man whose goal was to demonstrate how messy things had become under that country’s strict, old school leaders. One literally has to climb inside a roof window to gain access to the house. One, in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, even has an inverted garage, complete with car hanging upside down. Not to be outdone, the small town of Lee Vining, California, has an upside down shack.
Clearly, some architects have a sense of humor.
The things you learn about just from watching a bike race!

@teamfreak16 No I would throw it at them. My wife I never met would anyway. She would throw it at them. We worked so hard for this nonsense+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-

@crossbones27 - They say that at least some of them have furniture hanging upside down, too. Some even with fake upside down food on the kitchen table. So you would be eating at a table with a table overhead.

I like sense of humor , but stuff like this makes me think this is what happens people have to much money.
This is what you think of when we have so many problems with lack of housing or housing is so expensive. I am fine with one or two, but a charade gets me upset. You can think of this stuff, but cannot fix cost of living or housing crisis.
I know was meant to be a fun post, but me never been able to keep my mouth shut sometimes.

@teamfreak16 Not the ones that know they can get paid, that is true and always has been.
At least Paul Tutttle senior from American Chopper who seems like was corrupt or corrupted too, said we need to make some every day folks motorcycles with every day prices that they can afford. I at least somewhat respect when people remind themselves, its more fun when its for everyone.

I don't think architects are trying to solve the homeless crisis, honestly.

@crossbones27 - They should do that, actually. I certainly can't afford one.

Ha thats exactly how the internet works, one random cutaway shot and suddenly you got ten tabs open about upside down houses. The Poland one with the political meaning is kinda deep for something that looks like a joke house. Funny what a bike race can turn into.

I know. I had no idea there was such a thing until I saw that. I figured it was the only one until I looked it up.

We also have one here in the Philippines. I can't imagine the creativity of those who made one, it hurts my head most of the time.... lol! But the funny about it, they say that the owner of the house has no problem about the flood -- but of course they just making fun of it... lol!

I guess you would get used to it after a while. It would probably throw me off for a bit. Which is probably part of the idea.

Apparently I'm the only one that's never heard of such a thing. I saw some photos of some pretty cool ones. If you get one, I'd be interested in seeing it.
