Greek or Regular?

I know everyone isn’t a yogurt person, but those who do eat it are usually split down the middle over which variety they prefer. I guess I’m weird because I like both, although I do prefer the thickness of Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is thicker, creamier, and has a richer texture, while regular yogurt tends to be smoother, lighter, and a little more refreshing. Greek yogurt also usually has more protein, while regular yogurt can have a slightly milder, less tangy flavor. Both have their place, depending on what you’re in the mood for—or what you’re using them for. So now I’m curious: which one do you prefer—Greek yogurt or regular yogurt? And what is it about your favorite that makes you choose it over the other?

I'll eat both. I'm more interested in what flavors are available than which one it is.

From what I gather from most of my doctors, Greek yogurt is the healthier of the two kinds, although humans can make both types very unhealthy if they want to. Because of that, I’d go with the Greek yogurt.

I'd prefer regular yoghurt with some sort of flavour.
