Roti is a popular street food in Thailand served as a snack or dessert. We ate one with banana and condensed milk filling inside. It's like a crepe but their way of making it is a bit different. They fry it a griddle with lots of butter but they stretch and smash it first before frying. It is always nice to taste other food.

If we mention "Roti," the meaning in our language is bread. There are various types of bread, and the fried kind we usually find here is the type sold by mobile vendors, which comes in several flavors.
