We made a day of it.

Today was a long day. I didn't end up doing the laundry until we got home. George and I made it to the DMV. It was irronic, really. We literally didn't wait. As soon as we sat down, my phone alerted me it was our turn.
It took a moment, but we managed to get through the process of the licence renewal. Now it has something on it that says we need to wear glasses when he drives. He had a hard time signing his name, but once I guided his hand into the little white box, he made an effort to sign and we got it at least. Took a bit, but we got everything done.
Then we went to Atlantic Sounds to get more cds, and then ended the day at Winn-Dixie, because I told George we needed groceries.
It was a long day and George did a lot of standing and walking, but we're doing okay.

Given we made several stops and he did a lot of walking yesterday, I think he's doing pretty good.
