The E-bike tumbled

I didn't bring my cellphone this afternoon, so I didn't get to record. But someone's ebike tumbled as it was turning to the main road. I only noticed it when I was about to leave 7-11. I didn't go out to help because so many people probably helped and an LGU person was already at the scene. It didn't take long before the e-bike was raised back and everything went back to normal. The last accident I witness with e-bikes is when someone was turning back and it hit a car.

I hope they will require owners to register their ebike and they should have a license when driving it.. .

It makes me wonder if they are all licensed. From scooters to ebikes almost everywhere for some reason.

@Letranknight2015 here in our town, even minors drive ebikes... what if they cause accidents? How can they resolve it?

I'm glad it didn't look like anyone got hurt. Pretty bought an ebike a couple of weeks ago and took it out riding. She didn't have any trouble until she got home. I asked if it used a key to start it since she had to park it in our garage, She said it didn't have a key so tried to take the battery back out to bring inside. She damaged the battery. The company she bought it from apologize that the battery was damaged but told her it was still under warranty so send the battery back and they'd send her a new battery. The new battery should arrive today.

It's kinda scary when the battery starts having a problem. I've watched videos on youtube about these ebike batteries on fire. Glad she's getting new one @DaddyEvil

Nope, i think they had that kind of problem getting out of that side walk and then to road that.

That sounds scary. Good thing the LGU person and other people were already there to help, and it was sorted out quickly

Glad it wasn't serious, ebikes really need to slow down on turns. Good thing an LGU was already there so it got sorted fast. These things happening so often now, kinda scary honestly.
