The E-bike tumbled

I didn't bring my cellphone this afternoon, so I didn't get to record. But someone's ebike tumbled as it was turning to the main road. I only noticed it when I was about to leave 7-11. I didn't go out to help because so many people probably helped and an LGU person was already at the scene. It didn't take long before the e-bike was raised back and everything went back to normal.
The last accident I witness with e-bikes is when someone was turning back and it hit a car.

I hope they will require owners to register their ebike and they should have a license when driving it.. .

I'm glad it didn't look like anyone got hurt.
Pretty bought an ebike a couple of weeks ago and took it out riding. She didn't have any trouble until she got home. I asked if it used a key to start it since she had to park it in our garage, She said it didn't have a key so tried to take the battery back out to bring inside. She damaged the battery. The company she bought it from apologize that the battery was damaged but told her it was still under warranty so send the battery back and they'd send her a new battery. The new battery should arrive today.
