My Arm Hurts.

That is because of the vaccine injection site.
The right arm received the flu vaccine while the left received the pneumonia.
The right is all good like nothing happened. But I cannot say the same for the left arm. Even turning to the left on the bed hurts. And I'm mostly on the left when I'm lying down.
How are you all doing?

Doing OK here. I need to get a flu shot soon, but I might wait another month until the weather starts getting cold.

@rakski It has been a bit hot off and on. It was pretty nice today..but will be kind of hot tomorrow. Sooner or later, we will cool off though and mostly stay that way.

It may hurt, but you need to keep it moving to keep the muscles from cramping.

I think you should take a rest and don't lift any heavy things

I remember when I had the Covid vaccine.. it was really painful the next morning. But I decided to sweep our backyard so that I will be distracted...
