How are you guys doing? In my place is kinda chaos since we always experience rotational brownout. Lots of people complain about it because the appliances will be damage if its keeps going on.

@reti_9 i think so too. thank you. but, as a child, at the countryside, i remember it took 5 or more hours.

This is a step below a full rotating blackout which we experience in Nigeria..It's meant to reduce strain on the grid and avoid a total outage while spreading the inconvenience around rather than leaving one area without power the whole time...I just don't like the fact that it damages appliances. I would have preferred a total blackout
