These white dudes and they not big but had whole city Terrorized. They were 10 11 years old I remember going in there showing how to read and the kids going shut up, that does not play here It was such a terrible environment. I remembered I pissed my pants because the school was so dangerous they did not want kids to go to the bathroom, so we pissed our pants. We were like 7 years old.
I remember my brother was finally fed up he was ready to stab a fool. I remember the kid in question went and got my mom and she said you were going to kill my boy, why do you think I should help you? It was the craziest thing I saw in my life and still do not know what really happened. Believe it or not was Rooting for East St, Louis to survive, there was a lot of neatness too how people braved the time.
No one should have to live like that.

That sounds like a very difficult environment for any child to grow up in. No seven-year-old should be afraid even to go to the bathroom at school. It's amazing how clearly childhood experiences like these can stay with us for decades. Hopefully things are much better for children there today.

Yeah we trying forever to get to California, probably more false hope but sister was there and never felt unsafe here. Thank you. No where is safe unless you can stand up for yourself and have the right people around you.

this hit hard, that's a whole different level of survival most people can't even picture. Crazy how kids that young had a whole city shook and still nobody stepped in to fix it. Respect to y'all for making it through that, fr no one should have had to grow up like that.

Thanks brother that was crazy, he tried to use my mom from stabbing him and then my brother goes go get her and see what she has to say. That was the last time I thought my brother was cool.
