Mom bought her stocks of milk

My mom recently bought her supply of milk online. This milk is for senior citizens like her, I think this helps her bones and it supports stronger muscle too. She said she knows the makers of the milk and it is from her previous hospital , her colleague she said. For her trial order before she bought three cans just to check if she can drink it and see its taste . She finished all three cans and ordered their package of ten .She said its her supply , the milk tastes good she told me , and I smelled its sweet and tempting but its for elders only hahaha... Fellow Lotters who still have their moms with them , does your mom take good care of their bones too? Are they also drinking supplements or milk gorvtheir bones?
