There are so many kinds of cheese. Cheese all have their own personality. Cheddar is great for sandwiches and burgers. Mozzarella is hard to beat when it's all melted and gooey. Edam has that mild, slightly nutty flavor that goes so well with crackers. Then there are feta—salty, bleu cheese. I think they definitely are cheese with a strong personality. But I'm pretty sure there are more cheese out there that I don't know of. Do you know other cheese? What's your favorite?

Apart from the ones you mentioned, I already knew about parmesan cheese. Mozzarella is my absolute favourite.

Our go-to cheese for wraps is gouda cheese, it is very creamy and delicious. I like marble cheese for snacking on.
