It's 2:44 PM and the sun is blazing. Temperature's around 30 degrees Celsius. I'm at home about to make lunch, then head out around 4 o'clock for work. Had a good long catch-up with a friend I've known for a while. He's been in the USA for about 14 years. We went to the same school back in the day. It was one of those chats where kids are talking in the background, plans happening around us. Simple, but good. No big updates today, just the usual life bits and pieces, and now lunch before work.
